Oil And Garlic Sauce (Salsa All' Olio E Aglio)

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), thinly sliced
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Stir in garlic and cook until browned.
Remove skillet from heat and cool slightly.
Slowly stir in water.
Add parsley and pepper.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
