Holiday Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated orange zest 1 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 Large, peeled and chopped
  Yellow bell pepper 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Light extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Process the cranberries in a blender or pulse 5 or 6 times in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
Combine the chopped cranberries, orange zest, orange, yellow pepper, sugar, orange juice, allspice, salt and olive oil in a bowl; stir well.
Chill, covered well with plastic wrap or a tight lid, for at least 8 hours.
