Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
  Chopped peeled fresh tomatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jalapeno pepper To Taste, finely chopped (seeded)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Let stand for about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
