Mexican Pizza Topping

Ingredients
  Bulk italian sausage/Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)
  Sliced pitted ripe olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned green chili peppers 4 Ounce
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2
Directions

In skillet cook sausage and onion till meat is browned; drain off fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, olives, chili peppers, and parsley.
Cover; simmer about 10 minutes.
Spread desired pizza crusts with meat mixture; top with cheese.
Bake as directed in crust recipe.
Top with tomato slices and shredded lettuce, if desired.
