Guacamole Salad

Ingredients
  Thickly sliced avocados 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Pineapple wedges 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Toss avocados and pineapple.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over avocado mixture.
Chill, turning occasionally.
Serve on lettuce.
