Tortilla Pie

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Mexican corn 110 Milliliter
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 14 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 12 Ounce (2 Small Cans)
  Enchilada sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tortillas 12
  Sharp cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Pound, grated
Directions

Saute onion in oil.
Add the ground beef and brown.
Combine corn, spices, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and enchilada sauce in a bowl.
Add one half of mixture to the meat; simmer about 15 minutes.
Arrange 6 tortillas in the bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan.
Spoon meat mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Arrange 6 tortillas over and top with remaining sauce.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min utes.
