Cook tortillas according to package directions.
Combine chili, onion and hot pepper sauce.
Place a frank on each tortilla; top each with 2 tbs.chili mixture; roll tortilla around frank.
Arrange, seam side down, in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish.
Combine remaining chili mixture and tomato sauce; pour over tortillas.
Sprinkle with chopped chili peppers.
Bake in a moderate 350 deg. oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese.
