Mexican Chef Salad

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Onion 1
  Canned red kidney beans 15 Ounce (One 15 Ounce. Can)
  Tomatoes 4
  Head of lettuce 1
  Avocado 1
  Shredded cheese 4 Ounce
  Taco flavored doritos chips 12 Ounce
  Thousand island dressing 16 Ounce (Kraft Brand)
Directions

Brown hamburger and then add beans (drain well); simmer together for 10 minutes.
Cool.
While meat is cooling, in a large bowl, shred lettuce.
Add 1 chopped onion, 4 tomatoes, 4 oz. cheese, 1 avocado (chunked).
Add crushed taco chips and then bean and meat mixture.
Good to make ahead of time.
