Ingredients
  Canned sliced ripe olives 1⁄3 Can (3.33 oz)
  Sliced avocado 1
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Cheddar cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄2 , toasted and sliced (Can Use Sunflower Seeds)
  Greens 2
  Avocado 1 , mashed
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fritos 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix salad greens with other salad ingredients.
Mix dressing ingredients together.
Pour on dressing and mix.
At last minute add 1/2 pkg.crumbled Fritos.
