|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Canned tomato sauce||16 Ounce|
|Canned water||16 Ounce|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned corn niblets||12 Ounce|
|Olives||1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted|
|Yellow corn meal||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In large frying pan: Brown hamburger and onions, drain off excess fat.
Add tomato sauce and water, chili powder, salt and the pepper.
Simmer covered 45 min.
Stir in corn and olives.
Add milk and corn meal, mix together.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
Pour into a 3 quart casserole.
Bake 40 minute at 350 degrees or until almost dry.
