The mexican beef stew is a spicy and savory beef stew made with stew beef. Spiced with chili relish, and flavored with oregano, vinegar and garlic, the mexican stew has potatoes, carrots and onions in it. the mexican stew can be served with stuffed tortillas or bread.
  Beef stew/Half beef and half wild meat, cubed 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon, rubbed between palms or hands
  Salt To Taste
  Chili relish 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Place cubed meat in heavy skillet.
Add onion, garlic and green pepper; pour tomato sauce over all.
Add vinegar, oregano, salt and chili relish; sprinkle flour over all.
Cook on top of stove, covered, about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Potatoes and carrots may be added as desired during last 45 minutes of cooking time.
