|Beef stew/Half beef and half wild meat, cubed||2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, minced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Oregano||1 Teaspoon, rubbed between palms or hands|
|Chili relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place cubed meat in heavy skillet.
Add onion, garlic and green pepper; pour tomato sauce over all.
Add vinegar, oregano, salt and chili relish; sprinkle flour over all.
Cook on top of stove, covered, about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Potatoes and carrots may be added as desired during last 45 minutes of cooking time.
