Nachos For Dinner
|Ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Taco sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tortilla chips||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a l1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole crumble ground beef.
Micro cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 4 to 6 minutes or till meat is brown, stirring once.
Drain fat, Stir, in taco sauce.
On each of 2 microwave safe dinner layer half of the tortilla chips, meat mixture, and cheese! cook each plate on high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or till cheese melts.
Cook the second plate of nachos while you serve the first.
Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, and olives, if desired.
Conventional Directions: Preheat the broiler.
In a small skillet brown ground beef.
Drain fat and stir in taco sauce.
On a pizza pan layer all of the chips, meat mixture, and cheese.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes or till cheese melts.
Serve as directed.
