Joanne'S Tamale Pie are simply one of the best meat pies I have come across. I love the unique taste of the exquisite Joanne'S Tamale Pie. You just have to try them for yourself!
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pitted olives||12 Ounce, drained|
|Tomato sauce||16 Ounce (Use Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Canned cream style corn||17 Ounce|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Brown beef with onion; drain.
Add chili powder, cornmeal, olives, tomato sauce, corn, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together; pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
