Have you ever tried the Salsa Guacamole. I often make it as a private treat for myself. Try making this Salsa Guacamole for yourself and you will understand why I am so addicted to it!
|Canned organic fire roasted tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Kosher/Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic cloves||1 , finely chopped|
|Jalapeno chile||1 Small, seeded and finely chopped|
|Ripe avocados||3 Large, pitted and peeled|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Kosher/Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
In medium bowl, stir together salsa ingredients.
In another medium bowl, place avocados; coarsely mash.
Stir in remaining guacamole ingredients.
Spoon guacamole into shallow serving bowl; top with salsa.
Serve with tortilla chips.
