Ingredients
  Cooked pinto beans 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked and pureed
  Garlic cloves 1 , minced
  Onion 1 , grated
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Essence of sweet herbs 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Heat in double boiler until cheese is melted and blended.
