|Cooked pinto beans||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked and pureed|
|Garlic cloves||1 , minced|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Essence of sweet herbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
Mix all ingredients.
Heat in double boiler until cheese is melted and blended.
