Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Seasoned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Sliced pitted ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 3 Dash (adjust quantity as per taste)
  Yellow corn meal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic till meat is browned and onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients turn into 11 1/2x7 1/2x1 1/2 inch baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) 45 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean.
Cut in squares.
