Mexican Chocolate

Mexican chocolate is a hot and spicy chocolate drink flavored with vanilla. Prepared by heating chocolate along with the milk, mexican chocolate is a joy to be induged in on cold winter evenings beside a warm fire.
Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate square 2 1⁄2 Ounce, broken
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In small saucepan, combine the milk, semi-sweet chocolate, and stick cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate melts and mixture is heated through.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Beat mixture vigorously with "molinillo" or rotary beater.
Serve in warmed mugs.
