Apple-Pear Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  Finely chopped apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped pear 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Nonfat flour tortillas 4
Directions

1. Combine apple, pear, cheese, apple sauce, raisins, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
2. Spread the bottom section of each tortilla with one quarter of the apple-pear mixture. Fold the bottom flap over the filling, the two side flaps inward, and then roll up each tortilla.
