Veal Chops With Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
  Veal loin chops/Rib chops 6 , cut 1 inch thick
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground white pepper To Taste (As Desired)
  Chopped fresh cilantro/Basil 2 Tablespoon
  Cilantro sprigs/Basil 2 (For Garnish)
  Ripe papaya 1 Small, peeled, seeded, cut into 0.5 inch pieces
  Ripe nectarine 1 , pitted, chopped
  Finely chopped red pepper 2 Tablespoon (Bell Pepper)
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , seeded, finely chopped
  Green onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
Directions

In medium bowl, combine salsa ingredients.
Cover; set aside.Lightly brush veal chops with olive oil; season with salt and white pepper, as desired.
Sprinkle cilantro on both sides of chops.
Place veal on grid over medium coals.
Grill 12 - 14 minutes, uncovered (10 - 12 minutes covered), for medium or to desired doneness; turn once.
Serve with salsa.
Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
