The Piquante Sauce (Salsa Piccante) is a hallmarked Italian delight. This Piquante Sauce (Salsa Piccante) is best when served chilled. Give this Piquante Sauce (Salsa Piccante) a try, I am sure you will love it!
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 3 , hardboiled
  Pepper To Taste

Combine oil and vinegar in a saucepan.
Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper and sugar and mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for ten minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the mustard and egg yolks.
Serve chilled.
