Sesame-Crusted Chicken With Pineapple Salsa
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peeled minced ginger||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||4 Ounce|
|Pineapple salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°.
Spread sesame seeds in a shallow baking pan; bake at 350Â° for 5 minutes or until toasted, stirring after 1/2 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to 400Â°.
Combine sesame seeds, ginger, oil, and salt in a small bowl; stir well.
Spread mixture evenly over chicken, and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400Â° for 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve with Pineapple Salsa.
