Ingredients
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peeled minced ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 4 Ounce
  Pineapple salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Spread sesame seeds in a shallow baking pan; bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until toasted, stirring after 1/2 minutes.
Let cool.
Increase oven temperature to 400°.
Combine sesame seeds, ginger, oil, and salt in a small bowl; stir well.
Spread mixture evenly over chicken, and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve with Pineapple Salsa.
