Arroz Con Pollo With Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 1 , cut up and seasoned
  Chicken flavored rice macaroni mix 8 Ounce
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in a 3-qt.
Flameproof casserole; brown chicken.
Remove the chicken from the pan.
Brown the rice-macaroni.
Stir in the contents of flavor packet, water, tomatoes and salt.
Arrange chicken pieces in this mixture, cover, and bake for 40 minutes at 350° F.
Remove cover during the last ten minutes.
