Salsa Divongole White Clam Sauce
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) (Pressed Or Finely Chopped)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned minced clams||6 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained)|
|Snipped parsley||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine butter and garlic in 1-quart measure.
Microwave on HIGH until butter melts.
Blend in flour to make a smooth paste.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave 4 minutes on '8', or until slightly thickened.
Stir half way through.
For ovens without solid state heat control, Microwave 3 minutes, 30 seconds on HIGH, stirring halfway through.
Serve with pasta or fish.
