Mexican Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pork chops 6
  Chili mix 1 Tablespoon
  Rice/Instant rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Regular Variety)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato 1 Pound
Directions

Sprinkle salt in a large skillet; add chops and brown over medium heat.
Sprinkle chili mix over chops, add rice, water and tomatoes.
Be sure all rice is moistened.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
