Flax Seed Crackers And Guacamole

Raw flax crackers along with guacamole are super healthy and delicious. These raw flax crackers along with guacamole are loaded with nutrients and minerals and are a wholesome treat. Serve these raw flax crackers as a snack or a starter and watch them disappear.
  Soaked flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Soaked pumpkin seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Cilantro and parsley mix 1 Tablespoon
  Soaked dry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nama shoyu 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Sea salt To Taste
  Onions 1
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Avocados 1
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 1

In a food processor, grind the pumpkin seeds, cilantro and parsley, dry tomatoes, nama shoyu, crushed red pepper, black pepper and sea salt all together.
Add in the flax seeds. Pulse blend.
On a wax paper, spread out the flax mix evenly with a spoon and dehydrate it for 6 hours.
Flip and dehydrate for another 4-6 hours.
For the guacamole, add all the ingredients in a bowl and season with sea salt.
Mix well.
Serve with the raw flax crackers on the side.

I going to make those flax crackers and eat it with guacamole! You guys are such a great couple. I was going to sign up for a raw prep class, now I'm thinking I'll just learn online! and save money!

really loved this and look forward to making them but I want to know what the portions are of the flax seed and pumpkin seed.

This is great recipes but you didn't give the amount of seeds to use.
