Mexican Pancakes

These Mexican Pancakes doused with honey are simply awesome! Try out these Mexican Pancakes for evening snack this weekend and let me know how you feel about it!
Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add eggs, milk, and butter, stirring well after each addition.
Add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough can be kneaded easily.
Turn dough onto a floured board; knead several times.
Then divide dough into 2-inch balls, cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
Roll out each ball into a thin, round pancake.
Let stand 5 minutes more.
Heat oil in medium skillet, fry pancakes a few at a time.
When golden brown, drain on paper towels and keep them warm.
Serve covered with thick honey.
