|Oil/1/4 cup butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Peeled chopped tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Beef stock/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut breast of veal in 1-inch wide pieces.
Brown breast of veal in hot oil or butter in a frying pan with lid.
Reduce heat and saute onion, garlic and capsicum in covered pan until onion is soft.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder, stock or water and season to taste.
Simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until veal is tender.
Serve with the sauce spooned over the veal.
