|Unrefined oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat a skillet.
Add the oil, onion, and pepper and saute.
Add enough mashed beans to cover the bottom of the skillet.
Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the grated cheese and cover.
Remove from heat when the cheese is melted.
