Easy Chilli Con Carne

Chili Con Came is a spicy treat that you will really enjoy! Try out this easily prepared minced beef, chilli and garlic recipe. Please don't forget to comment on the Chilli Con Came after you've tasted it.
  Onion 1
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced beef 1 Pound
  Condensed tomato soup 15 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capsicum 1
  Cooked red kidney beans/2 cans of 10 oz kidney beans, drained 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in a heavy frying pan.
Add minced beef, increase heat, and cook until beef browns, stirring constantly.
Add soup, salt, chilli powder and water.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add capsicum and beans, simmer for a further 20 minutes and serve hot.
