Texas Tortilla Twisters - this is quite a heavy treat, however I adore this for its creamy-n-yummy flavor. The recipe don’t require much cooking time - all that is required is the perfect mix and the perfect blend. Give this Texas Tortilla Twisters a try.
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce
  Green onions 5
  Chopped green chilies 4 Ounce
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 Ounce
  Chopped black olives 2 Tablespoon
  Flour tortillas 12 Large
  Picante sauce 8 Ounce

In the work bowl of a food processor fitted with steel blade, combine cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, chilies, cheddar cheese and olives; process until smooth.
Spread mixture on flat tortillas.
Roll up tortillas.
Wrap each rolled tortilla individually in damp paper towels.
Place in airtight plastic bags, refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, remove rolled tortillas from plastic bags and paper toweling.
Slice each rolled tortilla crosswise into 1-inch pieces or pinwheels.
Serve on wooden picks with a bowl of picante sauce on the side for dipping.
