Easy Jalapeno Poppers
|Italian dry seasoning mix||2 Packet|
|Bread crumbs||1 Box|
|Cream cheese||200 Gram|
|Cheddar cheese||200 Gram|
1.Cut the tops off of the jalapenos and slice the jalapeno length wise.
2.Using a knife, remove all the membrane and the seeds from the jalapeno to cut the heat.
3.Pre-heat your oven at 350C.
4.In a large bowl, place the cream cheese, the Italian seasoning and lastly the cheddar cheese.
5.Use a spatula and combine all the ingredients in the bowl.
6.Use your hands to roll up the mixture into almost exact size of the sliced jalapeno and stuff it inside the jalapeno.
7.On the cutting board, put a little bit of bread crumbs and roll the stuffed jalapeno face down.
8.Now place the stuffed jalapeno in a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
9.Once they turn golden brown and start to bubble, they are ready.
10.Let the jalapeno poppers cool down before you serve it with a nice salad side.
