Blazing Star Timbales

Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Tomatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped in small pieces
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Fresh milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Beaten With 0.25 Cup Non-Instant Dry Milk Powder)
  Non instant dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Toasted whole wheat bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soybean flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat a small, heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add oil, onions, and tomatoes and saute 5 minutes.
Mix with the eggs and milk.
Fold in bread cubes, soy flakes, and salt.
Fill individual oiled custard cups.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 Degree or until set.
