Blazing Star Timbales
|Unrefined oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
|Tomatoes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped in small pieces|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Fresh milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Beaten With 0.25 Cup Non-Instant Dry Milk Powder)|
|Non instant dry milk powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted whole wheat bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soybean flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tamari soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat a small, heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add oil, onions, and tomatoes and saute 5 minutes.
Mix with the eggs and milk.
Fold in bread cubes, soy flakes, and salt.
Fill individual oiled custard cups.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 Degree or until set.
