Me the mango lover goes head over heels for this mango salsa. If you have ripe mangoes, don’t you miss to try this mango salsa. The flavor of manoges with lime juice, pepper and olive oil is so yum. Take my word you will love it!
Ingredients
  Ripe mangoes 4 , peeled, pitted and diced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jalapeno peppers 2 , seeded and chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 Small, diced
  Salt To Taste
  Shallot 1 , finely diced
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine mangoes, jalapenos, bell pepper, shallot, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper; gently mix.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight to let flavors blend.
