Me the mango lover goes head over heels for this mango salsa. If you have ripe mangoes, donâ€™t you miss to try this mango salsa. The flavor of manoges with lime juice, pepper and olive oil is so yum. Take my word you will love it!
|Ripe mangoes||4 , peeled, pitted and diced|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Jalapeno peppers||2 , seeded and chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 Small, diced|
|Shallot||1 , finely diced|
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mangoes, jalapenos, bell pepper, shallot, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper; gently mix.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight to let flavors blend.
