|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Whole wheat flour/Cornmeal||3 Tablespoon|
|Red chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Homemade tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sea salt||2 Teaspoon|
Heat a deep sauce pan.
Add the oil and garlic.
Add the flour or corn meal and stir constantly until lightly browned.
Stir the dissolved chili powder into the flour mixture.
Continue stirring while adding the tomato sauce, if desired, and hot water to make the sauce as thick or thin as you wish.
Add the salt.
