Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Whole wheat flour/Cornmeal 3 Tablespoon
  Red chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Homemade tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sea salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat a deep sauce pan.
Add the oil and garlic.
Add the flour or corn meal and stir constantly until lightly browned.
Stir the dissolved chili powder into the flour mixture.
Continue stirring while adding the tomato sauce, if desired, and hot water to make the sauce as thick or thin as you wish.
Add the salt.
