Salsa Corn Bread
|Corn muffin mix||8 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot salsa/Mild salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned chopped green chili peppers||2 Tablespoon|
In a mixing bowl combine egg, corn muffin mix, water, salsa, and green chilies; stir just till moistened.
Pour batter into a greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan or 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Place pan in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 25 to 30 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
