Guacamole For Chips
Come along and we'll show you how to make easy, delicious guaucamole - direct from sunny Tucson, Arizona (for now) on this episode of the RV Cooking Show!!
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Diced tomato||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Cilantro||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Jalapeno||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Ripe avocados||2 Medium|
|Kosher salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Ripe avocado||2 Medium|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grounded|
1) In a large bowl mix onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, and pepper.
2) Halve the avocados, peel and add to bowl.
3) Mix all the ingredients well.
4) Serve it in a small bowl and enjoy your dip with chips, French fries.
