Ingredients
  Tomatoes 5 , chopped finely
  Red onions 5 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jalapeno pepper 1 Small, chopped finely
  Cilantro 5 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes and onions.
2. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, followed by cilantro and jalapeno pepper.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

SERVING
4. Serve with nachos or tortilla chips.
