How to make Mexican Ground Beef - Perfect Tacos Enchiladas Nachos

Mexican ground beef. It's perfect in taco's, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas and nachos.

Ingredients

Ground beef 1 1/2 Pound
Yellow onion 1 , finely chopped
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , minced
Ground cumin 2 1/4 Teaspoon
Oregano leaves 3 Teaspoon
Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Heat a large frying pan over medium low heat. Pour in the olive oil and sauté the onion for 5 minutes.

2. Add in the beef and season with salt. Cook the beef over medium heat until almost done.

3. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes.

4. Season with cumin and tomato sauce. Stir well and pour in the water, followed by the oregano. Simmer for 5 – 10 minutes on low heat.

SERVING

5. Serve with enchilada, tacos or nachos.
