Melon Avocado Salsa - So Healthy and Delicious by Rockin Robin

My melon avocado salsa recipe couldn't be easier, healthier or more delicious.

Ingredients

Roma tomatoes 4 Medium , cubed
Hass avocados 2 Medium , cubed
Red onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , mince
Cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chop
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , mince
Yellow bell pepper 1 Small , cubed
Cantaloupe melon chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cubed
Jalapeno 1 Small , chopped finely (remove stem and seeds)
Lime 1 Small , juiced
Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl combine, cantaloupe, tomatoes, yellow pepper, onion, jalapenos, garlic, avocado, lime juice, cilantro and season with salt to taste.

2. Using 2 spoon gently toss everything until well combined. Adjust salt to taste.

SERVING

3. Serve fresh.
