  Lettuce leaves 2
  Lemon halves 2
  Paprika To Taste
  Tofu 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated monterey jack cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned chopped olives 4 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

Prepare your favorite unsweetened, single, 10" crust. Prick well with a fork. Bake at 450° for 7 minutes.
Pour into a large bowl.Turn into the prepared crust or a 10" baking dish. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
