Ingredients
  Tortilla chips 454 Gram (red and white)
  Shredded white cheddar cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs) (or any white cheese)
  Red jalapeno 1 , thinly sliced
  Tomato 1 Small, diced
  Sweet red pepper 1 , chopped finely
  Chopped white onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For yogurt sauce
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Country onion spice blend 2 Tablespoon
For salsa sauce
  Jalapeno roots spice blend 1 Tablespoon
  Mild salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

MAKING
2. On a large plate, lay tortilla chips in a single layer and sprinkle shredded cheese on top followed by white onion, red jalapeno pepper, tomato, and sweet pepper.
3. Pop the plate in oven for 7-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
For yogurt sauce:
4. In a bowl, combine sour cream with country onion spice blend and mix well.
For Salsa Sauce:
5. Mix together jalapeno roots spice blend, and salsa in a small bowl.

SERVING
6. Serve nachos with sauce and enjoy!
