GETTING READY
1. Finely dice onion, tomato, and jalapeno. You can leave the seeds in the jalapeno, if desired.
MAKING
2. In a mixing bowl, combine onion, jalapeno, tomato, and cilantro.
3. Squeeze lime juice and season with salt to taste. Stir well. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
SERVING
4. Serve with chips and enjoy!
