Salsa - In 60 seconds

Why wouldn't you make salsa when It's so easy to make? You'll whip this recipe up in minutes and goes great on Nachos or as a dip.
Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Large, coarsely chopped (or 1 Small onion)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned chopped tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz), drained (reserve the tomato juice)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor add in onion, garlic, coriander, lime juice, chili and tomatoes. Blend well for few minutes. Season with chili and lime juice according to taste.

SERVING
2. Serve Salsa with nachos.

NOTES
If Salsa is thick then add in the reserved tomato juice to even the consistency.
