Baked Taco Dip

Silly video, great food! This baked taco dip is great to serve at your Super Bowl parties or anytime. It's fast, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

For the baked dip:
Refried beans 16 Ounce
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Taco seasoning mix 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce , shredded
For the toppings:
Ripe olives 2 Tablespoon , sliced
Tomato 2 Tablespoon , diced
Green onions 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Jalapenos 1 Tablespoon
Tortilla chips 1/4 Bag (0.25 kg) (For serving)

Directions

GETTING READY:

1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread re-fried beans onto the bottom of a 9 inch baking dish.

MAKING:

2)Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix and minced garlic in a mixer until well blended. Evenly spread mixture over re-fried beans and sprinkle on shredded cheese.

3)Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

4)Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings such as sliced ripe olives, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, jalapenos, etc.

SERVING:

5)Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
