Tofu Tamale Pie

Ingredients
Saute in a 5 quart pan:
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic cloves 3 Large, minced
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tofu 2 Pound, mashed well with a fork
  Canned tomatoes 32 Ounce, broken up (2 cans, 16 ounce each)
  Chopped black olives 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Corn kernel 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Beef flavored bouillon granules 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monterey jack cheese 8 Ounce, thinly sliced
Directions

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with
