How To Make Mexican Hot Chocolate The Delicious Way

Ingredients
  Cocoa powder 6 Tablespoon (Ghiradelli Premium hot cocoa)
  Whole milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot warm the milk and cream until hot, do not boil.
2. Add the hot cocoa, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg, stir well.
3. Remove from the heat and add the almond extract and stir.

SERVING
4. Serve in a mug along with whipping cream.
