Salsa al Fresco w/Baked Blue Corn Chips

A refreshing salsa using the freshest ingredients. Delicious and versatile enough to eat with almost anything, and quick enough to whip up for unexpected visitors!
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large, chopped
  Red onion 1 Small, chopped
  Jalapeno 1 , deseeded
  Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Lime juice/More to taste 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until salsa is of desired texture.
2. Serve with warm, baked blue corn chips (available at Trader Joe's)

Story
I'm not a big fan of chunky salsa's but I also don't like naked chips. I came up with this salsa to cater to my own taste buds, as well as come up with an everyday salsa that can go well with anything: chips, poultry, beef, and margaritas. Cheers!
