Chicken Tortilla

Ingredients
For chicken stuffing
  Tortilla 2 , thinly sliced
  Boneless skinless chicken breast 1 , slit up
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
For salsa
  Tomatoes 4 , diced
  Avocados 1
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped finely
  Green chiles 2 , diced
  Scallions 2 , diced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, add in the olive oil; add in the chicken and season with black pepper and salt. Cook for 4 minutes.
2. Flip the side of the chicken and again season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 4 minutes. Set aside.
3. For making Salsa – in a large bowl take all the ingredients and mix well.
4. Heat a pan over the stove and warm up the tortillas.

SERVING
5. In a plate place the tortillas and stuff with salsa and chicken. Serve with cold drink.
