Make Ahead Kahlua Delight

  Semi sweet chocolate morsels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Kahlua/Other coffee-flavored liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Instant coffee granules 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), whipped

Place chocolate morsels in a small glass bowl.
Microwave at HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
Set chocolate aside.
Combine sugar and water in a 1-cup glass measure.
Microwave at HIGH for 1 minute or until boiling.
Stir well until sugar dissolves.
Beat egg on medium speed of electric mixer.
Gradually stir melted chocolate into egg; stir in Kahlua and coffee granules.
While beating at medium speed of electric mixer, slowly pour hot sugar syrup in a slow stream over egg mixture.
Continue beating until blended.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into 2 cordial cups or stemmed glasses.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped cream before serving.
