Lime Chicken Soft Tacos Recipe

Delicious soft tacos that have a great mix of flavors!
Ingredients
  Chicken boneless skinless 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Medium
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 Medium, chopped finely
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Optional toppings
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. On a chopping board, cut the chicken into cubes.

MAKING
2. Take a skillet and add olive oil, heat the skillet over medium-high heat and then add the chicken pieces.
3. Saute the pieces for about 10 minutes or until they are pink no longer.
4. Add red wine vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, chopped green onions, minced garlic and oregano. Let this simmer for another 10 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve the chicken mixture on warm tortillas and top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream.
